PHOENIX -- As temperatures soar in Phoenix during the scorching summer months, finding relief from the heat becomes a priority for many individuals. Thankfully, FIBCO Family Services, Inc. is providing a much-needed respite at the Harrison- Thompson Cooling Center.
Open every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12pm-6pm, the Harrison-Thompson Cooling Center offers a welcoming space for people to cool off and beat the heat. Upon entering, individuals are greeted with a friendly and safe environment where they can relax and cool down. The Center offers a variety of amenities, including cold water to keep visitors hydrated and refreshed. Additionally, FIBCO's Cooling Center provides brown bag lunches, ensuring that those who visit not only find relief from the heat but also receive a nourishing meal.
