HUMAN SERVICES

Our Emergency Support Service Program provides daily lunches, emergency food boxes, clothing, bus tickets for employment related appointments and toiletries for daily hygiene.


Through our Informational and Referral process, we complete a thorough intake and assessment to provide referrals to other community agencies and limited case management for supplemental support services that promote self sufficiency.  Some of these supplemental services include rental and utility assistance, job leads and referrals, substance abuse counseling and family counseling.

Our network of collaborative partnerships allows us to provide direct referrals and follow up in many cases to ensure successful completion of the referral process.
